Sharlene Provilus
Sharlene Provilus is a TEDx speaker, author, poet, creative entrepreneur, and former foster youth whose work sits at the intersection of foster care, adoption, identity, voice, leadership, and belonging.
For nearly two decades, Sharlene has created original programs and leadership frameworks, coached leaders, built strategic partnerships, and designed transformational learning experiences across education, nonprofit, business, and community settings. She has spoken to tens of thousands of people, bringing together lived experience, leadership, strategy, storytelling, and creative practice in ways that move audiences from insight to action.
Today, Sharlene brings that depth of experience to stages and organizations seeking to better understand how foster care, adoption, family separation, identity, and belonging shape the lives of young people and the systems that serve them. Her work challenges audiences to think differently about voice, agency, connection, and what it truly means to create environments where young people can thrive.

Andi-Nichole Myles, the visionary founder of MylestoGo Speaking and Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience in education, nonprofits, and leadership to empower individuals and organizations through storytelling, resilience, and transformative growth. As a survivor of domestic abuse who rebuilt her life while raising three children, Myles embodies the resilience and post-traumatic growth she champions. With a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and certifications in trauma, resilience, and behavioral health, she integrates personal experience with professional expertise to foster ‘Radical Wellness’.
Her work spans speaking, consulting, and coaching, targeting trauma transformation and resilience building. Myles is a published author and illustrator, preparing to release a children’s book on mindfulness. Her TED talk on overcoming adversity has reached nearly 90,000 views, showcasing her wide influence and inspirational message. Through MylestoGo, she offers unique frameworks and methodologies for turning trauma into growth, advocating for a journey from ‘survivorship’ to ‘thrivorship’ and achieving Radical Wellness.
